I work as a personal trainer and gravitate toward a focus on functional, movement led training and mobility. I’m heavily influenced by my dance and circus background and training, as well as gymnastic strength training to get the most out of your body. I’m also a certified TRX instructor and a big believer in working with body weight and balance to get the most out of your body whether your new to fitness and want to learn how to exercise safely or at a high level and looking for ways to get the most out of your body.
